Customer Service and Returns Policy

CLYM Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order, or a full refund. 

Exchanges are offered if a suitable replacement garment is in stock, however postage will be at the buyer's expense. For all return / refund requests, please contact us via the website.
